Effortless Ecom LLC ships all packages WORLDWIDE with a delivery confirmation number from USPS or UPS Same Day if ordered by 2PM EST. You can find your delivery confirmation number on the shipping confirmation sent to the registered email. Feel free to check the status of your order on the delivery confirmation number website. Orders typically take 24 to appear on shippers website (USPS, FEDEX) . Orders usually are recieved same day as ordered and processed and shipped thesame business day, if purchased after 2PM EST, order will ship out the next day :)  Business Hours are M-F. We are not open on weekends or major holidays, although email support and live chat is available to help until the next business day. Phone support is available but with answering service - and we get back to you very next day business hours resume after weekends or holidays :)  International Orders take 6-10 business days to ship and 1 business days to handle. For supposed orders that customer said were not complete,  less than 1% of the time, Per our policies, we cannot ship express 1 day or 2 day orders that we cannot confirm- there are many reasons for this and can only take your word on it -IF-  you accept economy priority mail 2-3 day delivery with no guarantee of delivery date. 

Per products sold by dozen assorted colors, most of the time the colors will match the picture, however colors are based on availabilty, and we pick them. If you want specific colors, you will have to go to a listing that offers them by piece and buy them in exact colors you wanted. NO subsititutions after delivery.
